NGSG signs MOU with NASENI on agricultural Dev
Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago, has signed an agreement with the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI) on improving agricultural technology.
The ceremony, which took place on the sidelines of the ongoing 28th Annual United Nations climate meeting code-named COP28UAE in the United Arab Emirate, was to, among other things, improve high-tech applications in agriculture, mechanised farming equipment, renewable energy solutions, and food processing technology, as well as provide technical support for the overall development of the agricultural sector in the state.
A statement from the chief press secretary said Governor Bago was in Dubai as one of the Nigerian delegates at the United Nations Climate Meeting and has taken the opportunity to woo investors to Niger State, especially in the agricultural sector.
