Gov Bago attends executive seminar at Harvard Business School
Niger State Governor, Mohammed Umaru Bago, was among the world leaders participating in the Senior Executive Programme of Harvard Business School, Boston, United States of America, USA.
The programme, which attracts chief executives of both private and public institutions, was aimed at imbuing leaders with new skills and information on agriculture and the agro-allied business environment.
According to a press statement made available to newsmen by the governor's Chief Press Secretary, Mal. Bologi Ibrahim, the sessions will include combined learning and in-depth case study discussions on supply chain risk and resilience, palm oil industry demand, differentiation strategies, and the development of unique value propositions in agro-retail businesses.
The chief press secretary said the farmer governor will use the opportunity to strengthen existing relationships and establish new ones that would be beneficial to the state, especially in the areas of education and agriculture.
He is confident that his engagement in the USA will no doubt add significant value to the state.
