Niger State Gov mourns loss of veteran journalist, Jarman Minna
In a heartfelt condolence message, Niger State Governor Mohammed Umaru Bago expressed deep sadness over the sudden demise of veteran journalist Alhaji Abdullahi Abdul Paiko, who was also the Jarman Minna. The late Jarman Minna served as the former permanent secretary in the Ministry of Youths and Sports Development. His passing is a significant loss to both the Minna Emirate and the entire state.
Governor Bago highlighted the deceased's remarkable contributions to the information sector and traditional institutions. He encouraged those affected by the loss to find solace in the knowledge that Jarman Minna lived a fulfilling life. The governor extended his condolences to the Emir of Minna, Alhaji Umar Faruk Bahago, and the entire community.
Additionally, Governor Bago sympathized with the Nigeria Union of Journalists, Niger State Council. He prayed that Allah would grant Aljanna Firdausi as the final abode for the departed soul and provide strength to the immediate and extended family during this difficult time.
Abdullahi Abdul Paiko, who previously served as Chief Press Secretary to the late Governor Musa Inuwa, held various key positions, including General Manager of Radio Niger and Director of Information Services. His legacy will be remembered for years to come.
