NGSG awards contract for conversion of Shiroro Hotel to IBB Teaching Hospital

In a significant development for the healthcare sector in Niger State, Thinklab Development Company has been awarded the contract for the conversion of Shiroro Hotel to IBB University Teaching Hospital Minna.
The formal contract signing ceremony took place yesterday at the Niger State Government House, Minna, in the presence of Governor Umaru Mohammed Bago.
The event marks a major milestone in the project's progress, with the governor commending all the companies involved for their dedication to excellence.
The conversion of Shiroro Hotel into a state-of-the-art teaching hospital is a crucial step towards enhancing healthcare infrastructure and services in Niger State.

Thinklab Development Company, led by its Managing Director, Dr. Sa'id Kori, has been entrusted with the execution of Lot 1, which involves the expansion, refurbishment, and upgrading of existing structures as well as the construction of new buildings.
With a total cost of 13 billion naira, Thinklab Development Company has a proven track record of delivering high-quality construction projects within specified timelines and budgets.
Governor Umar Bago expressed his confidence in the company's capabilities and highlighted Dr. Sa'id Kori's commitment to ensuring exceptional quality and swift site activity upon site handover.
In addition to Thinklab Development Company, Fulus Group was awarded the contract for Lot 2, which focuses on infrastructure and external works to enhance the functionality and connections of the hospital. The total cost for Lot 2 is estimated at 1.75 billion naira.
Thinklab Energy, on the other hand, secured the contract for Lot 3, which involves the supply of essential equipment, installation, and commissioning. Lot 3 is valued at N3.87 billion.
Governor Umaru Bago commended all the companies involved for their expertise and dedication to excellence.
He emphasised that their contributions would significantly improve healthcare services in Niger State and expressed his gratitude for their commitment to the project.
The governor also praised Dr. Sa'id Kori and Thinklab Development Company for their assurance of delivering top-notch quality and swift site activities upon site handover.
