The Chief of Staff to Niger state Governor, Alh Ibrahim Balarabe has been described as a man that can be relied upon. The commendation came during a valedictory and farewell ceremony organized by 'Team Balarabe', a group comprising of friends and political associates at a posh event center in Maikunkele, a suburb of Minna, capital of Niger. Encomiums by dignitaries and well wishers who graced the occasion described the chief of staff as a highly influential individual who gave his best to the development of Niger state. The state APC party chairman, Hon. Haliru Zakari Jikantoro said the 46 year old politician has proven that youthful people in position of authority can use their energy to impact positively in the life of the society. He said he needs to be given higher responsibility to continue his good works and use his potentials for the uplifting of the state. The Commisioner for Justice, Barrister Nasara Danmallam described Alh Ibrahim Balarabe as a humble and honest individual that can be relied upon anytime, any day. He said he had worked with the chief of staff and have known him as a person who cannot betray the trust reposed in him. He said the state will miss his services and patriotism. The organisers of the programme said it was a private effort to appreciate the services of the chief of staff to the state. The chairman of the group, said they were encouraged by the selfless acts and patriotism the chief of staff exhibited in serving the state. He said they were here to encourage him and others to do more for the state. He described the chief of staff as a man of integrity and will always keep his words. He called on others to emulate him and learn from his exemplary leadership.

The Niger state Commisioner for Justice and Attorney General, Barr. Nasara Danmallam has been described as a man with a big heart. The commendation came during a farewell dinner and launch of the maiden law journal of the ministry of justice yesterday at the Justice Idris Legbo Kutigi International Conference Center. The Deputy Governor of Niger state who represented the governor, Alh Ahmed Mohammed Ketso said the attorney general has paid his dues with absolute distinction and dedication to duty. He said the state will miss the depth and invaluable contributions of the justice commissioner as he takes a bow after the tenure of the incumbent governor of the state, Alh Sani Bello elapsed on the 29th of May. He then thanked Nasara Danmallam for standing steadfast and truthful to his calling as a barrister in the hallowed chamber of justice, urging him to keep up with the virtues. Earlier, the chief of staff to governor of the state, Alh Ibrahim Balarabe said himself and the justice commissioner were screened the same day at the House of Assembly and six years down the line, he realized that the attorney general was a man with a big heart. He said he was dependable and humble, revealing that as young commissioners then, their paths crossed because of his forthrightness. Others who poured encomiums on the celebrant especially members of staff of the ministry commended his resilience in positioning the ministry of justice for optimum service delivery. On his part, the commissioner said his achievements wouldn't have been possible without the cooperation of staff of the ministry. He said team work was the magic that made his success story in the ministry possible. He thanked his wife and family members for the support, praying that the next commissioner of justice will build on his legacies. Other dignitaries that attended the farewell dinner and book launch were the Head of Service, permanent secretaries both past and present, political associates, legal colleagues, friends, family and staff of the ministry of justice. Barr. Nasara Danmallam is reputed to be the longest serving commissioner of justice and attorney general of Niger state.
